Loan Periods & Renewals
At Morgan County Public Library, we want borrowing to be simple and flexible. Most items may be renewed multiple times unless they’ve been requested by another patron. Materials can be returned inside the library or in the outdoor drop boxes located near the main entrance.
Loan Periods:
Books & Audiobooks: 2 weeks, up to 3 renewals
DVDs: 2 days, 1 renewal
Videos: 2 days, 1 renewal
Please note: Items on hold for other patrons cannot be renewed.
Overdue Items
Fines are applied to items not returned by their due date. To avoid late fees, please renew your items online, by phone, or in person before the due date.
Rates per day:
Books: $0.05 per day
Audiobooks: $0.05 per day
DVDs: $1.00 per day
Videos: $1.00 per day
